I work four blocks from here. Today we called to see if they were open, because google maps said they were not, but ring ring no answer. So I drove there and they were open. I asked if they had a certain kind of baked potato, because my coworker wanted to order it, the woman said no and answered the remainder of my points in the order as if she were being forced to work there and had personal hate for everyone. After a long wait I returned to work with the food. My coworkers baked potato was undercooked and hard, and my asiago grilled chicken ranch sandwich was not edible. The chicken was so hard one couldn't bite through it. Seems like we waited all this time in the oceanfront traffic and in line for no good reason. This is the only Wendy's where I feel the service is consistently like this. Very disappointing, because we put our hope in this place, and now we wasted ten dollars.

Place always has long lines . Waited a easy 15 mins for 3 meals . There excuse was they used a old style grill for burgers . They had 2 other cars parked on side waiting as well!!

Hey its fast food. Its Wendy's they were open late when most of the strip was shutting down. They were quick efficient and located by a putt putt that I will try next time. Two cops were there just kicking it as the late night crowd got their eat on. Hey its Wendy's and they were quick and fast to the rescue of a Son of a Baconnator was being had. Burp...on to the next one...

I asked for THREE - 20 piece nuggets and first she gave me four orders of 5 piece nuggets. I knew the price wasn't right and her logic was "you said you wanted 20 pieces 5-10-15-20" umm okay, no, I wanted THREE TWENTY PIECE ORDERS. She told me she would fix it, I offered to pay and she told me not to worry about it. The second time around, I got three ten piece orders. At that point, I gave up. I knew southerners were kinda slow but this is ridiculous. Perhaps I should've just said SIXTY nuggets -_- Thank heavens I'm going back to Brooklyn tomorrow!
